On Thursday, 12/10/2023 Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah, chaired the discussion committee for the master’s thesis entitled “The Role of Program Budgeting and Performance in Achieving Sustainable Performance through Rationalization of Expenditure” by researcher Hussein Ali Hussein) at the College of Administration and Economics at the University Kufa.
The thesis aims to explain and present the concept of program and performance budgeting and how to prepare it, as well as present and explain the concept of sustainable performance and its importance.
