THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES A SCIENTIFIC WORKSHOP ON (INCREASING JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS AFTER GRADUATION THROUGH THE USE OF SWOT ANALYSIS)
On Tuesday 10/4/2023, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a scientific workshop on (increasing job opportunities for students after graduation through the use of SWOT analysis).
The workshop, in which Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Hashim Al Shara’a, a lecturer in the Department of Management Information Systems, aimed to increase job opportunities for students after graduation, increase students’ awareness of the importance of the private sector, and help students overcome their weaknesses and exploit their strengths, in addition to encouraging them to continue learning and raise their scientific level.
The workshop included a full explanation of the SWOT analysis, including its definition, importance, components, benefits, method, and use it in practice.
The workshop recommended the importance of educating students on self-reliance from now on through proper planning for the future.
Because this will help them avoid many future obstacles, as well as the importance of instilling a spirit of hope within our students.
