A Master's Thesis at the University of Basra Examines the Impact of Entrepreneurial Characteristics on Entrepreneurial Behavior Among Beneficiaries of the Entrepreneurship Initiative in Iraq
A Master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basra, examined the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics on entrepreneurial behavior, using entrepreneurial inspiration as a mediating variable and the entrepreneurial ecosystem and psychological capital as interacting variables.
The thesis, submitted by student Zahraa Fadhil Abdulabbas, aimed to test the direct and indirect impact of entrepreneurial characteristics through entrepreneurial inspiration, while analyzing the interactive role of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and psychological capital.
The thesis included five main variables and employed a descriptive analytical approach using PLS-SEM on a sample of 474 students.
The thesis concluded that there is a direct and positive impact, as well as an indirect impact through inspiration, with an interactive role for the two variables.
The thesis recommended strengthening entrepreneurial characteristics and inspiration, supporting the ecosystem, and developing psychological capital.
