MASTER’S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSING (A PROPOSED MODEL FOR EVALUATING THE PERFORMANCE OF MUNICIPAL DIRECTORATES)                  
On Tuesday 10/5/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master’s thesis in the Accounting Department on (a proposed model for evaluating the performance of municipal directorates) - an applied study in the Basra municipality directorate.
The thesis of the researcher (Nada Adnan Jawad) aims to present a proposed model for the Basra municipality directorate to evaluate its performance through a set of special indicators in the municipality’s Board of Financial Supervision.
The thesis concluded that the results of the evaluation showed that the municipal directorate for the years of organization was at a somewhat acceptable level, but it requires to a high degree, to make many necessary adjustments in order to improve performance for the coming years.
