A MASTER’S THESIS AT UNIVERSITY of BASRAH DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF THE ENTERENEURIAL BEHAVIOR OF MANAGERS AND DIGITAL PASSION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED COMPANIES’ BUSINESSES IN THE PROVINCE OF BASRA         
On Thursday 28/4/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration on (the impact of the entrepreneurial behavior of managers and digital passion on the development of small and medium-sized companies’ businesses in the province of Basrah).
The thesis of the researcher (Zainab Muhammad Ali) aims to predict the path of small and medium-sized companies in the event that managers adopt entrepreneurial behaviors and have a passion for digital in terms of their ability to develop their business, or if the manager adopts one of the variables how it affects the development of small and medium companies' business.
The thesis concluded that digital passion and entrepreneurial behavior positively affect the development and growth of companies' businesses.
