A MASTER’S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRA DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF CREDIT, LIQUIDITY AND VOLUME RISKS ON THE MARKET VALUE OF COMMON SHARES:
On Monday 1/11/2021 the College of Administration and Economics discussed a master’s thesis in banking and finance on the impact of credit, liquidity and volume risks on the market value of common shares - an analytical study of a sample of Iraqi private commercial banks for the period from 2014-2019.
The thesis of the researcher (Adel Hamid Abdul-Jubouri) aims to identify the impact of banking risks that affect the market value.
The thesis recommended that the management of banks operate according to a moderate lending policy, and that investors should evaluate the conditions of existing banks in the Iraqi market in terms of the degree of return, risk and liquidity before making a decision to invest in them.
