The master of business Administration thesis discussed the selection of the interactive role of environmental innovation for the relationship between green human resource management practices and employees’ attitudes on organizational sustainability. An exploratory study of the views of a sample of employees in the southern refineries company.
The thesis presented by the researcher (Iman Hatu Jahlol) included four chapters in which the first chapter dealt with the methodology of the study and previous studies, the second chapter included the theoretical aspect, the third chapter included the statistical analysis and discussion of the results, and finally the fourth chapter focused on conclusions and recommendations.
The mission aimed to identifying and knowing the nature of the relationship between green human resource practices and employees’ attitudes on organizational sustainability, as well as the extent of an interactive role for environmental innovation for the relationship between green human resource practices and organizational sustainability.
The thesis concluded that there is a positive relationship between green human resource practices and employee attitude with organizational sustainability, as well as the existence of an interactive role for environmental innovation for the relationship between green human resource practices and organizational sustainability, and an interactive role for environmental innovation for the relationship between employee attitude and organizational sustainability.
The researcher recommended that attention be paid to adopting green human resource practices, attention and keenness to great positive attitudes for workers and the need to pay attention to awareness of the importance of environmental innovation in the southern Refineries Company in order to achieve organizational sustainability in its environmental, economic and social aspects.
