IRAQ OBTAINS INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION FROM THE WORLD FEDERATION FOR MEDICAL EDUCATION (WFME)

The World Federation for Medical Education has granted the National Council for Accreditation of Medical Colleges in Iraq (NCAMC) full international accreditation at the level of program evaluation and approved standards in areas within special quality with medical education.
The text of the letter sent by (WFME) stated that the recognition committee of the World Federation concluded its vote and agreed to recognize NCAMC for a period extending until 2034. The National Council for Accreditation of Medical Colleges in Iraq is considered accredited in its policies and procedures to ensure the quality of medical education.
On this blessed occasion, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, congratulates the Iraqi people and their esteemed government, The National Council for Accreditation of Colleges of Medicine and University and Health Institutions commends this unprecedented historical achievement, which bears a conclusive indication that the international accreditation achieved represents the culmination of the work ,The diligent efforts of our solid national educational institutions, which have accomplished with all confidence, responsibility, and in record time what the sincere people aspire to.
