The University of Basrah organizes a seminar on the possibility of developing a dynamic expert system that combines the ISM and ANP systems
On Thursday 21/12/2023 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a discussion seminar entitled (The possibility of developing a dynamic expert system that combines the ISM and ANP systems in order to improve the performance of Iraqi government hospitals), in which Prof. Dr. Hadi Abdel-Wahhab Abdel-Imam, Head of the business administration Department, lectured. 
The seminar aims to shed light on the performance of health organizations (government hospitals in Basrah Governorate).
The seminar discussed the proposal to improve the reality of health services and the possibility of applying expert systems, specifically the two systems (the Interpretative Structural Model (ISM) and the Analytical Network Process (ANP)) with the aim of reaching the best possible performance, which is reflected in patient satisfaction.
The seminar touched on the fact that the aforementioned expert systems can It reduces costs, quality of care, and reduces work routine, Which reflects positively on the performance of these government hospital In Basrah governance.
