The University of Basrah organizes a seminar on the impact of electronic banking on the quality of banking service through the mediating role of the commercial brand
On Wednesday 20/12/2023, the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled (The impact of electronic banking on the quality of banking service through the mediating role of the commercial brand), in which Prof. Dr. Zeinab Shalal Akkar 
The seminar aimed to shed light on the problems facing Iraqi government banks and try to find solutions to them through their ability to adopt electronic banking systems in order to improve Banking services.
The seminar touched on that improving the reality of banking services provided by Iraqi government banks requires them to focus on improving their image in the minds of the public who deal with them by building what is called the banking brand.
