THE DEAN OF THE COLLEGE OF ADMINISTRATION AND ECONOMICS CHAIRS THE MEETING OF THE DEANS COMMITTEE OF THE COLLEGES OF ADMINISTRATION AND THE ECONOMICS IN IRAQ
The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, chaired the meeting of the Committee of Deans of Administrative and Economic Sciences Specializations in Iraqi Universities, which was held at the Presidency of the University of Kirkuk on Thursday 21/12/2023 with the participation of 26 public and private universities.
The meeting addressed several axes, the most important of which was studying the requests of some private colleges to open administrative and accounting departments in them and updating the curricula to keep pace with the economic, financial and investment developments taking place in the world, in addition to encouraging joint research and studies between universities and exchanging available experiences that enhance the sobriety and status of Iraqi universities. The required recommendations have been taken and are awaiting approval by the Ministry
The President of the University of Kirkuk honored the Dean of the College in his capacity as Chairman of the Deans’ Committee for his distinguished role in managing the committee’s meetings and the extent to which these meetings keep pace with the economic developments which the world is witnessing, and Iraq in particular.
