THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH HOLDS A WORKSHOP ON (PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVE PLANNING AFTER GRADUATION):
On Wednesday 6/12/2023 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the development career Unit at the college, held a workshop for fourth-year students and graduates on (personal administrative planning after graduation), which was moderated by the assist. Lect. Murtada Abdel Hussein Muhammad.
The workshop aims to shed light on personal planning, which provides the best organizational framework for exploiting personal resources and capabilities in the best ways, and to highlight the importance of time in personal planning, in addition to the obstacles to achieving personal planning, such as negative social culture, social networking sites, and negative humility.
The workshop included several axes, in which the first axis explained the concept of personal planning, the second axis talked about the starting points of personal planning, and the third axis asked: Why do we plan? How do we plan? The fourth axis discussed the determinants of personal planning, the fifth axis touched on personal planning models (SWAT system), the sixth axis listed the steps of personal planning, and finally the seventh axis presented applied models for personal planning.
The workshop recommended investing in the human element, as the human mind is the only one capable of growth and development in various circumstances, and the best way to develop it is through personal administrative planning.
