A lecturer in the Accounting Department, College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah her book has been published (Assist. Prof. Fayhaa Abdul-Khaliq Mahmoud) issued a guide book entitled (Advance Cost Accounting).
The book, which included (453) pages distributed over (ten) chapters, shed light on an introduction to administrative control and costs, the basics of the standard costing system, calculating and analyzing deviations of direct materials and direct wages, preparing flexible budgets and using them in calculating deviations of additional industrial costs, the costing system according to Activities, the costing system under the just-in-time production system, quality costs, and the allocation of joint costs on joint and by-products with 1200 question and exercise divided into theory ,fill in the blanks, true and false, Choices and exercises.
