THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION PRIZE FOR READING AND SETS ONE HUNDRED MILLION DINARS FOR TWENTY WINNERS
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announced the launch of the Higher Education Prize for Reading competition for undergraduate students in all Iraqi universities.
The Minister of Education set the value of the prize at one hundred million dinars, to be distributed among twenty winners, five million dinars for each their students. The prize is based on the competition to read the book (Renaissance conditions) by the Arab thinker Malik bin Nabi

Until 15/8/2023 and registered students take an electronic test on 20/8/2023. The entry information for each student is provided through his official university email, so that they can participate in the exam, whose material is based exclusively on the chosen book.
COMPETITION TERMS:
-The award is for primary studies students in public and private universities (morning and evening studies).
-The contestant must be of Iraqi nationality.
-The age of the contestant is not more than 30 years old.
-Competitors are subject to a public lottery to choose twenty winners from among the top hundred contestants in the prize exam.
-The twenty winners will be awarded a cash prize of five million dinars for each winner.
In this context, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, calls on university students to participate in this important cultural event, with the aim of stimulating positive awareness and interacting with the reading of civilized texts.
