THE COLLEGE OF ADMINISTRATION AND ECONOMICS PARTICIPATES IN THE CELEBRATION OF THE FOUNDING OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH (59):
On Thursday 6/4/2023 the College of Administration and Economics participated in the celebration of the founding of the fifty-ninth University of Basrah, represented by Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, Dean of the College, and the respected assistants and heads of departments.
The central celebration was held in the hall of the College of Law in the presence of a large academic and official, including speeches and poems, and honoring a number of distinguished college and staff at the university.
It should be noted that the University of Basrah was founded on the first of April of the year (1964) and studies began in it with four main colleges, namely the College of Science, Arts, Engineering and Economics.
The University of Basrah grants various academic degrees from bachelors, higher diploma, master's and PhD degrees in various scientific and human specializations.
