On the occasion of the fifty-ninth anniversary of the founding of the University of Basrah the Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics, represented by the respected Prof. Dr. Abdul-Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, extends the most cordial expressions of congratulations and blessings to the President of the University of Basrah Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, the honorable members of the University Council, and to all the teaching staff and students of the university, asking the God May he perpetuate the giving of this lofty scientific edifice in the realm of higher education and scientific research to continue the path of creativity to build a conscious generation fortified with science and knowledge in service of our dear country.
