A MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FLEXIBILITY ON THE COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE OF PORTS THROUGH THE MEDIATING ROLE OF SUPPLY CHAIN CAPABILITIES:
On Thursday 9/3/2023 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master's thesis in the Department of Business Administration on (The impact of information technology flexibility on the competitive performance of ports through the mediating role of supply chain capabilities) - an analytical study of a sample of individuals working in the port of Umm Qasr.
The researcher's thesis (Zaydoon Mahmoud Sultan Al-Taweel) aims to know the impact of the flexibility of information technology on competitive performance in the dynamic Iraqi market environment.
The thesis concluded that there is a direct and positive effect of the flexibility of information technology on the competitive performance of the ports and the existence of an important role for the mediating variable of the supply chain capabilities.
