A PhD DISSERTATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PROPOSED INTEGRATIVE FRAMEWORK FOR COGNITION, ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOR IN THE WORKPLACE
On Sunday 6/11/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of basrah discussed a PhD dissertation in the Department of Business Administration on (Developing a proposed integrative framework for cognition, attitudes and behavior in the workplace, an applied study in the Iraqi industrial sector).
The dissertation of the researcher (Hassan Odeh Abdullah) aims to propose and choose an integrative framework that includes the most important variables of perception and attitudes that enhance or discourage positive and negative behavior in the workplace.
The dissertation concluded to greatly support the proposed framework, as these results supported the assumption that positive and negative perception variables and positive and negative trends are highly predictive of positive behavior, in addition to the assumption that positive/negative perception variables and positive trends predict negative behavior.
