A master's thesis at the University of Basrah discusses the impact of organizational culture on the administrative decision-making process through the two mediating variables:

 On Sunday 30/10/2022, the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration on (the impact of organizational culture on administrative decision-making through the two intermediate variables - personal traits and tacit knowledge of the decision-maker).

The thesis of the researcher (Karimah Muhammad Madhoush) aims to determine the level of organizational culture prevailing in each of the two formations, and to provide some recommendations and implementation mechanisms, as these recommendations try to contribute to improving and strengthening the organizational culture in order to enhance and improve the decision-making process in them.

The thesis concluded that the influence of organizational culture in its four dimensions is important in the decision-making process, either directly or indirectly through personal traits and tacit knowledge.It also highlighted that personality traits play the largest role in explaining the relationship of organizational culture and the decision-making process.
