The thesis of the researcher (Abdullah Muhammad Mohsen) aims to show whether there is a feasibility of the international financial portfolio in reducing financial risks, and whether the international diversification of the investment portfolio in the era of globalization is a useful tool that allows building an optimal investment portfolio in terms of trade-offs between return and risk.
The thesis concluded that the international portfolio of securities has an impact on financial risks and that correlation transactions are the main criterion for judging the feasibility of the financial portfolio as they affect the reduction of financial risks, as countries that have negative correlations have a significant impact on the international financial portfolio to reduce financial risks compared to countries that have positive connections.
