A MASTER’S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF PARENTAL LEADERSHIP ON CREATIVE BEHAVIOR THROUGH THE QUALITY OF WORK LIFE, AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF A S AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH
On Thursday 20/10/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration on (the impact of parental leadership on creative behavior through the quality of work life, an analytical study of a sample of lecturers at the University of Basrah).
The thesis of the researcher (Haneen Abdel Salam Ibrahim) aims at diagnosing the direct and indirect impact of parental leadership on creative behavior, as well as the role of parental leadership on creative behavior, with the presence of the mediating role for the quality of work life as a catalyst for achieving creative behavior, in addition to knowing the impact of the voice of workers in improving their creative behavior.
The thesis concluded that there is an indirect positive effect of parental leadership, especially on creative behavior, and an indirect negative effect of authoritarian leadership.
