THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH STARTS THE ELECTRONIC SECURED DOCUMENTS SYSTEM:
According to the directive of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul-Sahib, the University of Basrah announced the launch of the electronic secured documents system for work and its effective implementation.
The work was carried out under the direct supervision of the President of the University of Basrah Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, where the switch was made to the electronic system to confirm the validity of the issuance of documents for university graduates as of Thursday 1/9/2022.
It is noteworthy that the electronic document issuance system was designed by the National Data Center in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and was circulated to the ministries that issue official documents and need to validate issuance later, and all documents issued will be saved on secure and private servers which will make it easier for the citizen to obtain the validity of the issuance of documents that Being uploaded to the system with its own (QR) and thus secure these documents from any attempt to manipulate and forgery, as well as overcoming obstacles in front of citizens and reducing routine procedures.
