PhD DISSERTATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSING THE ROLE OF ECONOMIC POLICIES IN ATTRACTING FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT IN IRAQ FOR THE PERIOD 2004-2022:
The University of Basrah College of Administration and Economics on Sunday 4/9/2022 discussed a PhD dissertation in the Department of Economics on (the role of economic policies in attracting foreign direct investment in Iraq for the period 2004-2022).
The researcher's dissertation (Basima Kazar Hassan) aims to clarify the role of economic policies in attracting foreign direct investment with the study sample Iraq.
The dissertation recommended that the Iraqi government enact many laws supporting the investment law and necessary to activate it and its amendments, such as anti-dumping laws, protecting the national product and providing appropriate protection for the products of investment projects from competing with imported similar products.
