
A HIGHER DEPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE USE OF COMPREHENSIVE STANDARDS IN JUDGING THE SUCCESS OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
The higher diploma research discussed (the use of comprehensive standards in judging the success of project implementation) at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra.
The research presented by the student Heba Hussam Taleb included four chapters. The first chapter dealt with previous studies and research methodology. The second chapter was devoted to the theoretical framework, and the third chapter was devoted to the scientific aspect, the fourth and final chapter is concerned with conclusions and recommendations.
The research aims to identify the concept of evaluation and the importance of project implementation, as well as to identify comprehensive standards in judging the success of project implementation and to uncover the standards used in evaluating project implementation.
The research concluded several conclusions, the most important of which is that the evaluation of the implementation of projects in Basra is not carried out on comprehensive standards and principles by government agencies.
The researcher recommended the necessity of using comprehensive standards to judge the implementation of projects, as well as the importance of coordination between the concerned authorities on comprehensive and unified standards upon which evaluation is carried out.
