University of Basrah Organizes Visit to the National Foundation for Orphan Care

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, through its Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences, organized a humanitarian visit to the National Foundation for Orphan Care.

The visit saw active participation from a select group of faculty members from the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences, along with members of the Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit, and a distinguished group of students from the college who embodied the values ​​of social solidarity and volunteer work.

The visit included providing support and contributing to meeting some of the foundation's needs and requirements, as well as offering moral support to the orphans.

This initiative is part of the college's plan to strengthen the university's community role and link the academic and educational aspects with humanitarian responsibility towards vulnerable segments of society, thus contributing to preparing a generation of students who possess social awareness alongside academic excellence.
