A HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY EXAMINES INDICATORS OF EVALUATING STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE USING BALANCED SCORECARD (BSC)
On Monday 28/3/2022 the college of administration and economics at Basra University discussed the research of higher diploma in strategic planning which is tagged (indicators of strategic performance evaluation using balanced scorecards/an applied study in the Basra oil company).
The research of the student (Tahani Abbas Hassan) aims to know the extent to which the indicators of the balanced scorecard are used as an effective tool in measuring and evaluating the strategic performance of the Basra oil company.
The researcher recommended the need for the institution to take the balanced scorecard methodology as an integrated and comprehensive system for strategic management, and the need to hold training courses and specialized workshops on the balanced scorecard to familiarize employees with the card and train them on how to effectively apply it.
