BASRA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF ADMINISTRATION AND ECONOMICS CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY      
The Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit celebrated on Thursday 10/3/2022, the International Women’s Day.
The ceremony included honoring the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, and the Assistant Dean of Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Saddam, a group of the able and distinguished female staff and teaching staff in the College, who have served for more than 25 years, in appreciation of their generous efforts and continuous dedication to serving our generous university.
It is worth noting that the first official celebration of International Women's Day was by the United Nations on March 8, 1975.
