Lecturer at the University of Basra participates in a workshop on business incubators in Erbil:
Professor at the college  of Administration  and Economics at the University of Basra Prof. Dr. NAdwa  Hilal Gouda in a workshop on business incubators which is held in Erbil.
Participation included a lecture on how to begin announcing the Slovenian experience in the creation of incubators and giving an opportunity for young people to provide projects that need to support physical being a member of the Team of Twinning program  between Basra Governorate and the Republic of Slovenia.
The lecture aims to give a clear idea of business incubators and how to establish, the training team and how to determine the amounts for these incubators and how much it takes to train young people and give them an opportunity to present their projects.
