University of Basrah Conducts Competitive Entrance Exam for PostGraduate Programs

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah commenced its competitive entrance exam for graduate programs for the 2026-2027 academic year on Tuesday, 30/6/2026. The exams were conducted in a well-organized and academic environment, characterized by smooth procedures and adherence to ministerial regulations and instructions.
The exams were held under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, and monitored by the competitive exam committee. The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and the heads of the academic departments were also present. All necessary logistical and organizational arrangements were in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams in accordance with the regulations and guidelines approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
At the conclusion of the exams, the Dean's office expressed its best wishes to all applicants for success and expressed hope that their efforts would be crowned with outstanding results, enabling them to continue their academic journey and contribute to the advancement of the academic community.
