BASRA UNIVERSITY IS DISCUSSING THE HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH ‘’ADOPTING THE FIVE FORCES MODEL TO DETERMINE THE STRATEGIC MARKETING OPTIONS FOR DHI QAR TEXTILES FACTORY”                                                                 

The Higher Diploma discussed in Business Administration ((adopting the five forces model to determine the strategic marketing options for the Dhi Qar textile factory))

The aim of the research presented by the student (Essam Rahim Qasim) is to analyze and diagnose the role of the Five Forces Model in determining the marketing strategic options in Dhi Qar Textiles Factory.

The researcher concluded that there are great challenges facing the Dhi Qar Textile Factory in the field of marketing strategy, and by reviewing the financial statements and reports, it was found that there was a decline in the marketing and financial performance indicators of the Dhi Qar textile factory, and an agreement was reached on the clear importance of adopting the Five Forces Model in order to define strategic options  Marketing in order to reduce the paths and indicators of marketing problems within the factory.

The researcher recommended the necessity to allocate the material and human capabilities to develop the reality of marketing and support the strategic planners, as well as to activate laws and legislation to support the national product and enhance the role of the media through electronic openness by creating a website to publish the factory's products.
