A MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH EXAMINES THE POSSIBILITY OF DEVELOPING A DYNAMIC EXPERT SYSTEM FOR THE (ISM & ANP) SYSTEMS TO IMPROVE ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE AND ACHIEVE PATIENT SATISFACTION:
A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah examined the possibility of developing a dynamic expert system for the (ISM & ANP) systems to improve organizational performance and achieve patient satisfaction - a case study in the General Ports Teaching Hospital.
The thesis aimed to develop a dynamic expert system for the (ISM & ANP) systems used to improve the organizational performance of the hospital (study sample) and achieve patient satisfaction.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a clear desire and general orientation of the hospital (case study) to use expert systems, in addition to the existence of many criteria related to patient satisfaction, and perhaps the most important of these criteria are the accuracy of service delivery, the cost of the service, and the use of advanced systems.
The study recommended the need to focus on research and development in the field of information technology, artificial intelligence techniques, and expert systems, and to use them in managing all administrative, medical, and technical aspects of the hospital, in addition to the need to focus on the basic criteria that obtained the highest rates of repetition in the study results, which are (accuracy of service delivery), (cost of service), and (system acceptance).
