THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRA IS DISCUSSING A MASTER’S THESIS ((DEVELOPING A WHISTLEBLOWING MECHANISM TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SECURITY DECISION-MAKING, INTERACTIVELY VARIABLE SOCIETY CULTURE))
The Master of Business Administration thesis discussed ((Developing the Whistleblowing Mechanism to improve the quality of security decision-making, interactively variable society culture)) - An exploratory study in the Family and Child Protection Police Department from Domestic Violence and the Community Police Department in the Ministry of Interior  Iraqi.

The thesis presented by the student (Mustafa Abdel Abbas Ismail) included four chapters, the first chapter dealt with the methodological aspect of previous studies and research methodology, the second chapter included the theoretical framework of the study, and the third chapter included the procedural framework, and the fourth and final chapter came with the most important conclusions and recommendations.
The study aimed to study the variables related to the intentions of reporting violations in security service institutions that enhance the quality of security decision-making and to test the direct impact relationship between the independent variable of the warning whistle and the dependent variable on the quality of decision-making.
The researcher concluded that there is a positive effect of the independent variable, the warning whistle on the dependent variable the quality of security decision-making, and the results clarify the important role of the whistleblowing process in improving the security decision-making process through the information provided by the whistleblower to the security decision-makers (police officers).
The researcher recommended the necessity to expand and develop the alarm siren mechanisms to include all members of society and not be limited to employees only, and to hold conferences, seminars and forums, and the participation of community members in order to contribute to expressing their opinions and educating them, maintaining the confidentiality of informants' information and concealing their identity to protect them from retaliation and reassurance.
