UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES A SEMINAR ON THE HARMONY BETWEEN THE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED IN THE LABOR MARKET AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF FINANCIAL AND BANKING CURRICULA ACCORDING TO THE BOLONYA SYSTEM
The Department of banking and financial Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a seminar on the harmony between the competencies required in the labor market and the development of financial and banking curricula according to the Bolonya system.
The seminar, in which L. Dr. Shurooq Latif Khalaf, Assist. Prof.Dr. Radhi Obaid Nghamish, and L. Dr. Ahmed Hisham Mohammed lectured, aims to shed light on what the Ministry has done to activate a global system that aims to achieve the goals and address all obstacles.
The seminar addressed what the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research sought to develop in terms of an important strategy for the following:
1- Improving curricula and its suitability with labor market requirements.
2- Linking educational institutions with employers by knowing the requirements of the labor market.
3- Establishing and strengthening relations between students and institutions to serve the requirements of the labor market.
4- Preparing a digital program that contributes to achieving educational and administrative advantages.
