The master's thesis in the Department of Business Administration, College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah discussed "The impact of electronic banking on the quality of banking service through the mediating role of the brand - A survey study from the perspective of the banking customer in Maysan Governorate.
The researcher's thesis (Mirhan Majid Abdul Hussein) aims to know the role and impact of the most important technologies and means of electronic banking and its channels as an independent variable in improving and raising the level of banking service quality, the dependent variable in the banking sectors.
The thesis recommended that the banks under study remain constantly informed of the developments and trends of modern technology so that they can maintain an advanced level of banking service quality.
