The dissertation presented by the student Wissam Badr Kazem aims to build a conceptual framework reflected in the study model by testing the relationships of influence between the study variables.
The study included exploring the four basic factors that help in building knowledge repositories.
The study concluded that there is a positive impact of knowledge pillars on the organizational framework of knowledge and its repositories.
The study concluded that obligating and supporting management is essential for the success of the organizational role of knowledge
