BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES A MASTER’S THESIS TAGGED (THE IMPACT OF THE JOB FOOTPRINT ON THE MARKET SHARE: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE)
The college of Administration and Economics at Basra university discussed a master’s thesis in business administration tagged (the impact of the job footprint on the market share: entrepreneurship as a mediating variable – an applied study in private colleges in the governorates of central and southern Iraq.
The thesis presented by the researcher (Sundus Jihad Abdel Fattah) included three chapters. The first chapter dealt with research methodology and previous studies, the second chapter dealt with theoretical side, and finally the third and last chapter focused on the practical side, conclusions and recommendations.
The thesis aimed to identify the reality of the variable job footprint in the organizations in the field of research and the effect of that on their market share by mediating a variable entrepreneurship.
The researcher concluded that the direct effects of the job footprint as an independent variable in the market share as a dependent variable were positive, and that private colleges in the field of research should pay attention to entrepreneurship, since the latter plays a positive role in the relationship between the job footprint and the market share.
The researcher recommended the necessity of providing an environment that enhances the job footprint in educational institutions and embracing expertise in order to respond to changes in the competitive business environment.
