A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah, investigated the impact of entrepreneurial and sustainable marketing on customer satisfaction, with customer awareness serving as an interactive variable—an applied study conducted at private universities and colleges in Basrah Governorate.
The thesis, presented by student Huda Fadhil Ismail, aimed to determine the extent to which customer satisfaction is influenced by entrepreneurial and sustainable marketing practices, as well as to clarify the interactive role of customer awareness within these relationships.
The thesis employed a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the variables and analyze the relationships between them, utilizing statistical methods for data analysis.
The thesis indicated a positive impact of both entrepreneurial and sustainable marketing on customer satisfaction, alongside an interactive role played by customer awareness.
The thesis recommended the adoption of these marketing practices and their translation into tangible actions that contribute to achieving customer satisfaction.
