MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES THE ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FOREIGN CURRENCIES IN THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE SYSTEM:
A master's thesis at the University of Basrah, College of Administration and Economics, Department of Economics, discussed the analysis and study of the mutual roles between the US dollar and the Chinese yuan and their impact on the international monetary system for the student Ayat Amin Jassem.
The thesis aimed to know the impact of foreign currency trading on the stability of the international monetary system, and the thesis concluded that the monetary system depends on the US dollar, which leads to major economic crises as a result of excessive reliance on one currency, and despite this, the dollar still dominates international exchange.
The thesis recommended the necessity of preventing the currency war between the dollar and the Chinese yuan and using new currencies in international settlements.
