MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES SUPPLY CHAINS FOR SHIPPING COMPANIES
A master's thesis in maritime management at the University of Basrah, College of Administration and Economics, Department of Business Administration, discussed the interactive role of the MITIGATE methodology in the relationship between flexible maritime supply chains and the sustainability of maritime transport companies. A case study of the General Maritime Transport Company.
The thesis submitted by the student, marine captain Amer Muhammad Al-Janabi, aims to address the problem of not achieving the sustainability of maritime companies due to the lack of absorptive capacities.
The thesis concluded that supply chains and the mitigation methodology contribute to enhancing the performance of maritime companies.
