A master's thesis at the college of Administration and Economics / Department of Economics at the University of Basrah discussed the subject of (mutual accreditation between foreign trade and oil revenues).
The researcher Imad Kazem Hammadi, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Yahya Hammoud Hassan.
The thesis aimed to identify the role that leads oil revenues in supporting the ration card allocations, as well as analyzing the relationship between foreign trade and oil revenues and the nature of the ration card system in Iraq for the period mentioned with a reference to some international experiences in this field and the possibility of benefiting from it locally, as well as drawing Some future scenarios in this regard that simulate the weak oil revenues in supporting the card allocations and the clear government trend towards reducing the vocabulary of the ration card during the study period despite the continuous increase in the population of Iraq and the high prices of food levels globally.
