A MASTER’S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES (THE EFFECT OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE WORK SYSTEMS ON EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB CONGRUENCE, CREATIVE SELF-EFFICACY, AND CREATIVE BEHAVIOR):
A master’s thesis at the college of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah (The effect of high-performance work systems on employees’ performance through job congruence, creative self-efficacy, and Creative behavior) - a comparative analytical study in the higher education sector Governmental and private in Basrah Governorate.
The researcher’s thesis aims to diagnose the direct role of high-performance work systems in the performance of employees in the public and private higher education sector, as well as to determine the indirect role of that relationship through the mediating role of job matching, creative self-efficacy, and creative behavior, as motivators of employee performance, in addition to knowing The impact of the interactive role of field-related knowledge in achieving this performance.
The thesis concluded that high-performance work systems have a direct positive effect on both the creative self-efficacy and creative behavior of individuals working in the colleges of Basrah Government University, as well as in private universities and colleges in Basra, as well as the existence of an indirect positive effect of high-performance work systems and creative self-efficacy on Creative behavior in the governmental and private sectors.
