University of Basra is hold the discussion of higher diploma (OPEC - reality and challenges for 2010-2015):

The research of higher diploma in energy and oil - Department of Economics / college of Administration and Economics  at the University of Basra - (OPEC - Reality and Challenges for 2010-2015) for the student (Jinan Tarsh Maliki).

Al-Maliki explained that the importance of research summarizes an Arab theme in a variable universal circumstances, as a purely an Arab organization with specialized excellence of oil and projects.

Al- Maliki pointed out that research aims to define OPEC, circumstances, objectives and joint ventures of the Organization and the challenges they face and his success.
