UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ACHIEVES ARAB ACHIEVEMENT: QUALIFIED FOR THE FINALS IN THE TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION WORLD AWARDS IN THE TEACHING AND LEARNING CATEGORY

In a new academic achievement to add to its impressive record, the University of Basrah has qualified for the finals of the Times Higher Education Arab World Awards 2025 in the Teaching and Learning category, competing against more than 2,000 universities from the Arab world.
This award is considered one of the most prestigious educational awards in the Arab world. The final winners are scheduled to be announced at an official ceremony in Amman, Jordan, on November 25, 2025, in the presence of a select group of academics and decision-makers in the Arab and international higher education sector.
