The Head of the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences heads a ministerial committee to evaluate the scientific and academic reality at Al-Maqel University:

The Head of the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences, Prof. Dr. Muntazer Fadel Saad, chaired a ministerial committee with the membership of each of the Assist. Prof. Dr. Ammar Youssef Dajar, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies in the College, the Teaching Assistant in the Department of Business Administration, and the Assist. Prof. Dr. Suhail Abdullah Nasser,in the Accounting Department, to assess the scientific and academic reality of the departments Administration and Economics at Al-Maqel University on Wednesday 21/6/2023.

Where the committee discussed with the presidency of Al-Maqel University the reality of the classrooms, laboratories, and the teaching staff, and the extent to which the specialization of the teaching staff matches the scientific departments. 

The committee also discussed the ratio of the number of teaching staff to the number of students, and to ensure that this ratio matches the standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The committee will submit its report to the ministry during the next week.

It is worth noting that Al-Maqil University is one of the Iraqi private universities that was established in 2020 and includes many faculties and departments, including the departments of business administration and accounting.
