THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES A MASTER'S THESIS ON (THE IMPACT OF HUMAN RESOURCE GOVERNANCE ON TRAINING AND DEVELOPING EMPLOYEES AT THE ARABIAN GULF ACADEMY)
On Monday 12/6/2023, the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master's thesis on (The impact of human resource governance on training and developing employees at the Arabian Gulf Academy).
The researcher's thesis (Ahmed Hussein Ali) aims to identify the governance of human resources and its dimensions in the organization and to test the impact of human resource governance on the function of training and developing human resources.
The researcher recommended that the organizations depend on the study of governance in general and the study of human resources management in particular, and updating and activating the good governance guide issued by the Iraqi government.
