Nadia Attia  said that  the study  is aim to  building a virtual sub form for the five variables which is represent  by independent variables (organizational retreat, regulatory routines), the intermediary (organizational stalemate) Interactive variable (organizational learning capabilities) and test their relationship.

The researcher pointed out that the problem of the study summarizes the following question:What is the extent of negative impact of organizational retreat, organizational routine in organizational creativity through the intermediary stalemate? Is there a positive interactive role of organizational learning capabilities?
