The Discussions Hall at the college of Administration  and Economics at the University of Basra discussed the Master's  thesis ((Obstetrics Implementation of Governance in the Iraqi Educational Foundation is an interactive variable for the relationship between governance and comprehensive performance of the Organization)) - an intervention in the Directorate General of Education in Basra Governorate for the student  (Abbas Ali Mohammed al-Tamimi) by the supervision of Dr. Orobaa Rashid Al-Badran.
