University of Basra discusses the interactive role of organizational reflection in the relationship between organizational aesthetic ability and product development:

 On the discussion hall at the college of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, a Master's thesis was discussed in Business Administration tagged (interactive role in the relationship between organizational aesthetic and product development) - an application in the southern refineries company by Pro. Dr. Mohammed HUssain Manhal.

The study was aimed at revealing the role played by the organizational capacity of the South refineries in Basra in developing products within the framework of interactive organizational influence from a problem with the initial interviews and reconnaissance.
