 A panel discussion at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed the interactive role of cognitive symbiosis in the relationship between cognitive orchestralism and improving organizational performance: an applied study in the Iraqi Airways Company

 Researcher Marwa Ibrahim Zaid said that the current economic climate has caused a set of difficulties and challenges for organizations, including growing competition as a result of globalization, and this situation has introduced new concepts and models of management, including knowledge management, which are considered important tools to improve the efficiency and success of organizations, as most studies related to knowledge management indicated that it is an important asset.  To gain a competitive advantage and as an important contributor to the success of any organization or its survival in a business environment. The value of knowledge is also magnified through its close association with another important organizational resource in the current dynamic global markets, which is time.

 She explained the goal of this research is to build a hypothetical model for the three variables represented by the independent variable cognitive harmony and the interactive variable cognitive symbiosis and the dependent variable organizational performance and to diagnose the extent of the direct influence relationship between the independent cognitive orchestral variable and the dependent variable organizational performance and to diagnose the extent of the interaction of the cognitive symbiosis variable in the independent variable cognitive harmony  On the dependent variable organizational performance.
