A MASTER'S THESIS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH DISCUSSES THE ROLE OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF MARINE SERVICES AND THE INTERACTIVE ROLE OF INFRASTRUCTURE FOR MARINE SERVICES:
On Thursday 16/3/2023 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master's thesis in the Department of Business Administration on (Information systems in improving the quality of marine services and the interactive role of infrastructure for marine services) - a field study in the General Company for Iraqi Ports.
The researcher's thesis (Uday Qasim Fadel) aims to define the role of information systems in improving the quality of marine services in Iraqi ports and the interactive role of marine services infrastructure in that relationship.
The thesis concluded that there are significant positive effects of information systems in improving the quality of marine services and the presence of a positive role for the infrastructure of marine services as an interactive variable in enhancing the impact of the independent variable (information systems) in the dependent variable (quality of marine services).
